Team is staying at The Westgate, the Official Hotel of the LVI, and will meet the minimum number of room requirements to be eligible for the $225 rebate. Minimum hotel stay required: 7's Team = 3 rooms for 3 nights or 9 room nights; 10's Team = 4 rooms for 3 nights or 12 room nights; 15's Team = 6 rooms for 3 nights or 18 room nights. NOTE: Teams can purchase a maximum of 30 tickets at the exclusive LVI discount.
The $225 registration discount for staying at the Official LVI Hotel, i.e., The Westgate Resort, will be applied after February 13, 2017.
Team is NOT staying at The Westgate, the Official Hotel of the LVI, and will not receive the discounted registration fee OR Team is staying at the The Westgate, but has not yet booked the rooms.
Registration Terms: Once your reservation is confirmed at the hotel, you must provide Steve Albrecht firstname.lastname@example.org with the hotel confirmation number so the registration fee can be verified. Any team that has selected to stay at the Official LVI Team Hotel and has not provided USA Sevens with the hotel confirmation number by December 31, 2016 will be contacted and charged the difference of $225 for the full Registration Fee. The registration deadline to enter a team into the Las Vegas Invitational is , February 13, 2017.
Refund Terms: Teams will be issued a full refund if USA Sevens is notified of their withdrawal from the Las Vegas Invitational prior to the Registration deadline of December 31, 2016. The $225 registration discount for staying at the Official LVI Hotel, i.e., The Westgate Resort, will be applied after February 13, 2017. Any team that withdraws after the December 31, 2016 deadline will not be issued a refund.
