Great Britain edge out a very tightly contested match with Japan to record their second win of the tournament.
England took the lead into the halftime break after two brilliant tries from James Rodwell. Japan responded well through Katsuyuki Sakai who cut the deficit in half before halftime.
Japan showed similar resilience in their second match as they did versus New Zealand in their opening match. Japan had an opportunity to tie the match with a conversion with no time left on the clock. The kick missed just wide, and England just hold on to win the match.
